As we travel through the scriptures, we see God ch

As we travel through the scriptures, we see God choosing Abram to begin a great nation that would eventually bless all others. We see the Israelites being encouraged to choose God in return - to continually keep their covenant relationship with Him.

As obedient Christians, we are added into Abraham's family even today, despite our DNA. 🥰 We, too, enter into a covenantal relationship with the God of the universe, choosing to honor Him above all - and choosing to accept the sacrifice of our Savior Jesus. ❤️

We'll be exploring the theme of Chosen in January's upcoming scripture writing plan, and we are already excited for a bright spot in the darkness of mid-winter. 😄✨

I don’t know about you, but the older I get, the more I appreciate the Psalms. These passages are way more than just pretty poems. The Psalms are an outpouring of man’s heart to God. They reach into the depths of our pain, our joy, and our purpose, and they send those cries up to the Creator who made us and the world we live in. What better way to cultivate GRATITUDE than to praise the Almighty God! We thought a great theme for November would be “Psalms of Praise.” 💛 ~Kelly
