“You make a living by what you get. You make a life by what you give.”
-Winston Churchill
Just like pruning helps a plant grow and thrive, giving helps us grow and thrive. Giving helps us flourish, so it’s only fitting that this month’s Scripture verses reflect that. We invite you to join us for November’s Scripture Writing Plan: The Grace of Giving.
From conception to this very moment, God has given you life. As Paul told the Athenians, “He Himself gives to all mankind life and breath and everything” {Acts 17:25b}. Just think about that…
There is never a moment when God is not giving.
If generosity is part of His nature, then shouldn’t we embrace opportunities to give? Being generous allows us to partake in the nature and goodness of God.
As you go through this month’s plan, you’ll encounter God’s generosity with us and how we should approach giving to others.
So to go along with the Scripture Writing Plan, we’re offering our Bible study on Thanks & Giving. It’s a 7-day course designed to help you:
- cultivate a grateful heart
- find hidden blessings around you
- encourage your family in gratitude
- find opportunities to give
You’ll also get some cute graphics, printables, and activities to challenge you in your gratitude!
Also, be sure to visit our Etsy shop for our NEW November T-shirts! We have short-sleeved or long-sleeved designs in beautiful autumn colors.😍 If you prefer maroon over pink, these shirts are calling your name loud and clear.
We hope to get our 2023 Calendars and Faith Journals in the Esty shop soon! The content and designs are all finished, we’re just waiting for the final draft from the printer. Don’t worry about missing out, though. We’ll make announcements on all our social platforms when they get here. 😉
Want to download the FREE Scripture Writing Plan? Click on the button below. As always, it has 31 days so you can use it (or share it with your friends) ANY month.
May you flourish through the grace of giving. Take care, lovelies. 🧡 ~Kelly
Discovered The Ruffled Mango just a few months ago. Loving the Scripture Writing Plan. Having this plan has helped me stay on track and has open my faith to scriptures I probably would have skipped over or never even looked at. Thank you for all you do for the community of faith.
Becky – thank you so much for your sweet comment! I shared it with the other girls and it made our day. I hope you continue to enjoy the scripture writing plans!
