There’s a familiar phrase we often use this time of year – “Christmas spirit.” As in, “You’re being all humbug. Where’s your Christmas spirit??” or “You should SEE their house – they have a tree in every room and all wear matching pajamas! They’ve got so much Christmas spirit.” And I fully admit it…I love Christmas spirit! The decor, the food, the goodwill towards men. BUT THERE’S SOMETHING EVEN BETTER. Having the spirit of Christ. (Which definitely includes the goodwill thing, too! 😉)
This month we’re going to take a closer look at what exactly that means – and I’m so ready! I can remember so many times this year that I’ve been discouraged and world-weary and I have just longed for more of Jesus. I feel like I’ve gotten to know him much better this year – and if it took 2020 to do it, well, then 2020 has been worth it. I have a feeling many of you might feel the same!
As we’re heading into the last month of this year, I just wanted to remind y’all (or maybe tell you for the first time, if you don’t follow us on Facebook?) about the fun changes to our 2021 plans!
First of all, we’re bringing back our Scripture wall calendars! We heard from so many of you who were disappointed that we didn’t have it for 2020. (And if not having it was what brought on the pandemic, well, we’re super, super sorry. 😆) We’re updating the 2021 calendars, though, WITH THE SCRIPTURE WRITING PLANS printed on them! Really happy with how they turned out and we are thrilled that you ladies are loving them as well. 😍
We also completely remodeled the Faith Planner – the shiny new version is called the Glorify Faith Journal and I’m completely in love with it. 😍 It’s larger and has a TON more features! More room to write, guided two-page spreads with formulas for Powerful Prayers, more details of how to use the book and how to find extra resources, Scripture coloring pages, and more!
