We so enjoyed thinking on being "Worthy" (because of Him! 💗) with 1,500 women at the Transform Ladies Conference (TLC) this past weekend in Pigeon Forge. 😄 Lots of singing, great lessons, fun skits, and meeting & chatting with so many other like-minded ladies. It was as lovely as it sounds. 😉

Plus, one hotel room for 4/5 of the Ruffled Mango team (we missed Christy!) That itself equaled lots of laughter & stories & bonding time. 💗

Of course there was coffeeshop time, where we sorted out the rest of the 2024 plans. 😉 We can't wait to share everything very soon!

We are very blessed to have each other - and to have you all - and to enjoy our Father God who makes us sisters in Him. Feeling grateful for a busy-but-happy weekend! 🙏🏼 ~Kristen

For centuries, the story of Esther has captured our imaginations. We're drawn in by the royal setting, the intense drama, and the remarkable bravery. But much like her beauty, Esther's story goes far deeper than the surface. It's a reflection of God's faithfulness, even when He seems far away.

A few of us (Kristen, Ashley, and Kelly) studied Esther in our Tapestry groups last year. We knew we had to include it in this year's plan. Not only does her story demonstrate the radiance of a faithful and humble heart, but it also shows God's radiant love. 💗 His love can reach through captivity, through threats of danger, and even through silence.

The simple fact is that everything we experience on earth is temporary; it’s passing away. When we eat, no matter how delicious and nutritious the food is, we will be hungry again in a few hours. When we drink the purest coldest water, it will still only quench our thirst for a matter of time.

We were made to seek something better!

Naaman was cleansed at the point of obedience, but

Naaman was cleansed at the point of obedience, but no one would give him the credit. On the contrary! He and his company walked away changed by the power of God.

Let’s go forward to Jesus. While completing His ministry on earth, He came across a man who had been born blind.

Jesus spit on the ground and made mud with His saliva. He then told the man to wash in the pool of Siloam.

WHAT healed the blind man? WHEN was the blind man healed?

Stop and think for a moment. If the blind man had refused to wash in the pool of Siloam, would he have received his sight?

It was not the water that healed these men. Their works did not heal them. It was the power of God in both cases. They received healing when they obeyed out of faith. Obedience was a *condition* of their healing, it was not the *source* of their healing.

"If we will avail ourselves to the heart of God, we will not come away unchanged. We will not come away thirsty. I have had some truly thirsty moments in my life. As I mentioned the last episode, grief is one of those dry seasons where my mouth just seems like it's aching for water. And God supplies...just like He provided water in the wilderness for the Israelites.

So He provides us with Living Water. Water that will satisfy when nothing else does. We simply have to go to the well. That's the hard part. Making time, crafting out the space, even if that's just hea space. But you need it. Sister, you need it." ❤️
